WOW! fast, safe, courteous on phone and in person, driver and dispatch all pro alla time, aaab faaab tow rate, and best of all, bone deep honest, family biz most small town old days just plain wonderful. old car died at walmart, Hook Hero answered call, had tow dispatched and on the way during call, driver immediately after dispatch call ended, courtesy called me direct just to lmk his ETA, arrived 10 mins later, had me home safe and car in my usual spot, all within about 30 mins of my orig call. driver TJ and dsipatch Ray each were superbly pro in all ways that matter most, while maintaining throughout ea contact a cheerfully warm demeanor most welcome. all in all, cant recommend these fine family folks enuf; honest, safe, reliable, and very fair rates, imho. 5 stars on every count, then double that again, is what Hook Hero have earned!
